Organisation, collections and groups

Each customer has one organisation. Store shared credentials in collections, group your colleagues and assign each collection to a group, read-only or with edit rights.

OpenID Connect single sign-on (SSO)

Connect your identity provider: Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Keycloak or another OpenID Connect provider. A wizard guides you step by step.

Bitwarden-compatible extensions and apps

Your users install the Bitwarden browser extensions and apps, then enter your vault's address ("self-hosted" option). The web vault is served by your instance, in RaptorPass's colours.

One isolated instance per customer

Each customer has its own Vaultwarden instance: dedicated container, database, data volume, configuration secrets and address. Instances may share physical servers, but never data or configuration.

Encrypted backups per customer

Your instance is backed up to a repository of its own, encrypted with its own key and stored in the same hosting zone. Each backup can be restored separately, and we test restores.

Choice of hosting zone

When you sign up, you choose the zone where your vault and its backups are hosted. Auxiliary services (payment, email delivery) and their location are listed on the subprocessors page.

Self-service seats

Add seats from your customer portal; the amount charged is shown before you confirm. The seat limit is enforced by the server, however a member is added (invitation or SSO).

Your data stays exportable

Export your vault at any time from the web vault, in the formats offered by Bitwarden clients. At the end of the trial or subscription, a grace period gives you time to export your data.

Your team deserves better than a shared spreadsheet.
