- What is a seat?
- A seat is an active user account in your vault. A pending invitation takes a seat; a disabled account no longer does. The number of seats you subscribe to limits the number of active members.
- How do I change the number of seats?
- From your customer portal. The amount charged for the change is shown before you confirm it.
- What happens at the end of the trial?
- You are notified before the trial ends. If you do not subscribe, a grace period lets you export your data. The vault and its backups are then deleted, within the time frames set out in the terms of sale.
- Do you offer custom services?
- The offer is fully self-service: it does not include custom development or manual services (migration, bespoke configuration, training).
