Retrieve your data at any time, especially before closing your account.

Export a personal vault

  1. Sign in to the web vault with your master password.
  2. Open the "Tools" menu, then "Export vault".
  3. Choose the format, then confirm.

Export the organisation's data

  1. Open the organisation's admin console.
  2. Choose "Export": shared items are included.

Each member also exports their own items from their personal vault.

Choose the format

Prefer the encrypted JSON format, especially to import your data elsewhere. An unencrypted export contains your passwords in clear text: keep it somewhere safe, then delete it.

End of trial or subscription

A grace period gives you time to export your data: the exact date appears in your customer portal and in our emails. The vault is then deleted, followed by its backups. You can subscribe at any time before that date to keep everything.
