Getting started

Create your account

1. On the sign-up page, enter your work email address and your company name.
2. Choose your vault's address. It cannot be changed later.
3. Choose the hosting zone for your vault and its backups.
4. Open the link sent to you by email to confirm your address: vault creation starts.

Creation usually takes a few minutes. We email you as soon as your vault is ready.

Create your master password

Open the invitation you receive by email along with "Your vault is ready" and create your account. Choose a long, unique master password: it encrypts your data on your device.

This password is never sent to RaptorPass. If it is lost, nobody can recover your data, so keep it somewhere safe.

Invite your team

1. In the web vault, create your company's organisation. Only the owner account can do this.
2. Open the admin console, then "Members", and invite your colleagues by email.
3. Each person receives an invitation and creates their own master password.

Understand how seats are counted

A seat is an active user account. A pending invitation also takes a seat. Once subscribed, add seats from your customer portal: the amount charged is shown before you confirm.

Move from trial to subscription

We email you before the trial ends. Subscribe from your customer portal, from 10 seats: your vault carries on without interruption, with all your data. Need more time to evaluate? Reply to the reminder email and we can extend your trial.
