Import into the team's vault

Reserved for owners and admins.

  1. Open the admin console, then "Settings" and "Import data".
  2. Choose the destination collection, then the "File format".
  3. Select the file, then start the import.

Each imported item must belong to at least one collection. Import in batches if your passwords go into different collections.

After the import

  • Check that your items have arrived. Importing the same file a second time creates duplicates.
  • Turn off your browser's password manager: see the "Browser extension" guide.

The exported file contains your passwords in clear text. Delete it as soon as the import is done, and empty the trash too.
